“I absolutely love Niamh’s BKultured Water Kefir! I'm a huge advocate of probiotics and fermented products and BKultured tastes way better than kombucha. The health benefits are huge for both your gut and more importantly your mental health. A lot of people wouldn’t necessarily link gut health with mental health but the research is proving the link to be solid. What is Water Kefir?

KEFIR WATER IS LIGHT, FIZZY, AND FULL OF NUTRITIONAL BENEFITS. TO LEARN ABOUT IT CLICK HERE.

How much should I drink?

We would recommend a 250ml glass a day to start. You can increase this as you adjust to the product.

How do I store BKultured?

Refrigerate at all times.

What are those bits floating in my kefir ?

This is a raw, living product and it is completely normal for it to contain bits of beneficial yeast and bacteria. These are safe to drink and the sign of a healthy, unfiltered kefir.

Can my children drink this?

Yes, and we even recommend diluting it for children to filter the taste.

How long until I get my order?

We ship with DPD Monday – Thursday and we dispatch orders the day after they come in. Ireland 1-2 working days from dispatch.
